“Our insurance representative from a very large insurance company gave me Donna Chunglo’s contact information. We were very upset with our insurance company for them dragging their feet for almost one year on our claim. They did not want to pay for a new roof even though their report stated we had wind damage. For over 9 months they gave us a litany of ridiculous excuses, and supposed next steps. We went to our insurance representative office and they gave us Donna’s contact information. They said she was an independent roofer that may be able to help us. I personally do a lot in interior design and work with art but picking a roof color and house paint are very difficult and too expensive to make a mistake. So the net/net of this situation is as follows: 1) Donna provided a tremendous service and assisted us through a very frustrating experience. We would absolutely hire her again. She also has a great personality and sense of humor. Hire her. 2) We will be changing our insurance company when our policy is up. Check multiple insurance policies pricing yearly. From this experience, we found out that there are a few insurance companies that actually pay out for claims these days. We will be going with one of them in the near future.”
