I met Donna through a networking group and was impressed about her roofing knowledge base!  She and I had always kept in touch (even after I left the networking group) and I’m so thankful we did.  Last year, we had our roof replaced due to the hail storms that came through.  I called Donna and we set up an appointment.  She was thorough, talked me through the process, and helped me fill out the paperwork.  A week later, the insurance inspection happened with Donna and her roofing team there to meet with the inspector.  Within a month, my roof was complete.  I am a stickler for detail and even more so, customer service.  Donna the Roofer excels in both areas.  I have referred her to my neighbors on either side who got their roofs done as well and they also had great things to say about her.  That’s the true characteristic of a customer-centric business – people first!
